New Delhi, May 7: In a significant digital transformation milestone, the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Delhi, has appointed SparxIT to conceptualize, design, and develop 24 fully functional departmental websites within an accelerated timeline of just 45 days.

The large-scale initiative marks one of the most time-sensitive and structurally complex digital deployments undertaken for a state government body. The project required simultaneous platform development, design standardization, content architecture planning, compliance alignment, and deployment across multiple citizen-facing portals.

The mandate includes building structured web-based systems to digitize key administrative, financial, compliance, and citizen service workflows within the department. The initiative aligns with PWD Delhi’s broader vision of leveraging technology to improve transparency, operational efficiency, and accountability in public infrastructure administration.

The digital platforms developed by SparxIT span multiple operational modules, including project management, financial management, grievance redressal, RTI tracking, asset lifecycle management, VIP and ministerial reference tracking, CCTV and public Wi-Fi request systems, audit monitoring, venue booking, air pollution reporting, court case tracking, arbitration management, and integrated building plan approval workflows.

The initiative is also expected to strengthen grievance redressal through enhanced accessibility, real-time monitoring, and streamlined complaint management systems, contributing to faster resolution timelines and improved citizen experiences.

Commenting on the development, Vikash Sharma, CEO at SparxIT, said, “Delivering 24 government platforms from scratch in 45 days required coordinated execution at scale. By integrating AI-powered development workflows, automation tools, and agile deployment models, we were able to significantly accelerate delivery timelines while ensuring enterprise-grade security and compliance. This project demonstrates how AI-enabled digital transformation can modernize public infrastructure efficiently and responsibly.”

Each platform has been designed to streamline end-to-end workflows such as project approvals, budgeting, monitoring of works, financial utilization, compliance documentation, and structured reporting. The systems will enable coordinated operations across Zones, Circles, Divisions, and Subdivisions, ensuring uniform digital processes across the department hierarchy.

Beyond execution speed, the deployment highlights the growing role of AI-integrated workflows in government technology implementation by reducing manual bottlenecks, optimizing development resources, and enabling scalable digital ecosystems.

The project further strengthens SparxIT’s positioning as a strategic digital transformation partner capable of delivering large-scale, mission-critical government initiatives under demanding timelines.
