Mumbai, 1st November, 2025: Time To Sea, Mumbai’s newest dining destination, has opened its doors in Oshiwara, Andheri (West), bringing with it the rich culinary heritage of India’s coastal belt. More than just a restaurant, Time To Sea is a heartfelt ode to the western and southern shores where every dish tells a story steeped in spice, sea breeze, and tradition.

The menu at Time To Sea flows like the tide beginning in the spice-laden kitchens of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, drifting through the coconut groves of Kerala, pausing at the fiery pots of Mangalore, and meandering past the festive markets of Goa to the sun-soaked shores of Malvan and the Konkan.

Each plate is a sensory journey. The Andhra Paneer Naga Chilli brings the bold heat of southern feasts, while flame-grilled Tiger Prawns finished with artisanal butter sauces evoke the indulgence of Goan-Portuguese grills. Malvani curries, Mangalorean sukka, and Kerala-style seafood create a medley of flavours that feel both nostalgic and new.

Guided by the belief that “food is emotion,” Time To Sea has been designed to feel like home warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The interiors echo the ease of coastal life, while the kitchen honours recipes passed down through generations, crafted with fresh local produce and regional spices.

Whether it’s the tangy burst of a coastal curry that stirs up monsoon memories, or the crunch of a golden fried catch that feels like a seaside holiday, Time To Sea invites Mumbaikars to gather their people, pull up a chair, and set sail on a coastal journey of flavour.
