New Delhi, Aug  14: TechnoStruct Academy (TSA), India’s leading BIM-focused edtech and training institution, announces a promotional campaign on its BuildSmart Certificate for PCERT Foundation Course, reducing the fee from ₹20,000 to ₹10,000 per participant. The campaign will run from August 15, 2026, Independence Day, to September 15, 2026, Engineers’ Day, with the promotional fee applicable uniformly to all participants, without separate categories for students, professionals, or members.

The promotional fee will be presented as a universal all-India rate during the campaign period, while approved training partners will align their marketing documents with the standard individual course MRP and reflect the applicable discount.

TechnoStruct Academy is the first authorized training partner in India to deliver buildingSMART’s PCERT programmes. The buildingSMART Professional Certification (PCERT) provides an internationally recognized framework for validating knowledge of BIM and vendor-neutral openBIM principles, including ISO 19650-aligned information management practices. The Foundation Course gives participants a structured understanding of BIM fundamentals, collaborative workflows, and information management, helping professionals build competencies that extend beyond individual software platforms. 

The campaign will be supported nationally by CDCPIndia and buildingSMART India through a coordinated promotional initiative that includes the following activities:

  • Official campaign launch and promotional digital creatives

  • Multiple awareness and teaser campaigns

  • Social media and community outreach

  • At least two national introductory masterclasses on the PCERT Entry/Foundation Programme

  • Promotion through professional, academic and industry networks

The campaign will conclude on Engineers’ Day, bringing together certification access, industry awareness and professional learning as part of a wider effort to strengthen BIM competency in India. The initiative will also strengthen TechnoStruct Academy’s focus on connecting industry requirements with structured digital construction education. Through programmes aligned with evolving AEC workflows and international BIM practices, the Academy continues to support learners and professionals in developing skills relevant to a digitally transforming construction industry.
