Noida, July 19th, 2024: Scholars Merit is proud to announce the launch of the i-merit program, a transformative initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements. The program aims to collaborate with 200 educational institutes to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the tech industry.

 The i-merit program, developed by Scholars Merit, a dynamic online platform committed to fostering holistic growth in education and professional spheres, is dedicated to enhancing job compatibility for students and early-career professionals. By aligning them with corporate culture and individual growth aspirations, i-merit aims to ensure participants are well-prepared to meet the demands of the corporate world.

 According to a recent study, only 1 in 10 engineering students graduating this year may land a job. The India Employment Report 2024, published by the International Labour Organization in association with The Institute for Human Development, also pointed out that one in three young people is not in employment, education, or training in India. This issue is prevalent in both rural and urban areas and has increased over the years. These are gaps in the Indian job market that i-merit aims to bridge.

 With evolving job dynamics, companies are looking for talent that comes with a combination of soft skills like communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and emotional intelligence, along with technical proficiency in programming languages, software development methodologies, cloud computing, and data analytics.

 i-merit plans to partner with 200 educational institutes to deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the evolving needs of the tech industry. These collaborations will focus on providing hands-on experience, industry-relevant knowledge, and practical skills through various training modules.

 The primary goal of these partnerships is to train students for careers in the tech industry. This includes offering coding boot camps, workshops, internships, and specialized training sessions that cover a wide range of technical skills and certifications.

 The i-merit program offers specialized training in high-end technology areas and mock interview sessions to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for quick placements in top corporations both in India and abroad. The program is divided into two primary components:

 Job-Oriented Training Programs: These programs provide comprehensive training in various technology fields and corporate culture, helping candidates gain a competitive edge.

 iQuest Interview Platform: This platform prepares students for interviews through specialized mock interview sessions, ensuring they acquire a competitive advantage.

 The i-merit training programs are designed to be intensive and immersive, with varying durations to cater to different learning needs. The structure includes theoretical instruction, practical workshops, hands-on projects, and real-world case studies, ensuring a well-rounded education.
