WeWork India accelerates Bengaluru expansion, invests ₹31 crore to add ~81,000 sq. ft. at Embassy Vertex

 

Mar 26: WeWork India Management Limited (“WeWork India”), one of India’s leading premium flexible workspace operators, today announced the signing of a 10-year lease for the latest addition to its portfolio in Bengaluru – WeWork Embassy Vertex, on Residency Road. Spread across ~81,000 sq. ft. and spanning six floors, the new centre reinforces WeWork India’s continued expansion in the city.

WeWork Embassy Vertex is strategically positioned to meet the sustained demand for premium flexible workspaces that combine prime location with modern design. Situated in the heart of the city, in the Central Business District, the center is set to open in Q1 FY27, with over 1250+ desks. Bengaluru has emerged as one of the world’s top 12 technology powerhouses and continues to be India’s most active office market, accounting for approximately 25% (15.1 million sq. ft.) of total leasing between January and September 2025.
