May 11: Nagarro and Addverb have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop and deliver advanced robotic automation solutions and digital twins for warehouse and industrial operations worldwide.
The collaboration aims to combine Nagarro’s expertise in software engineering, digital integration, and AI-led innovation with Addverb’s strengths in robotics hardware and automation technologies to create intelligent, scalable, and integrated automation ecosystems for global enterprises.
As part of the partnership, both companies will focus on joint solution development, including intellectual property co-creation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and the exploration of advanced robotic experience centres and innovation-driven makerspaces designed to accelerate experimentation and technology adoption.
Sangeet Kumar said, “We believe the future of automation lies in unified ecosystems where software and robotics work as one. At Addverb, we are deliberately expanding our approach, from delivering best-in-class hardware to engineering intelligent, end-to-end solutions. This collaboration with Nagarro strengthens that direction, allowing us to co-create systems that are agile, scalable, and designed for the next generation of supply chains.”
The partnership will also jointly explore opportunities across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations through coordinated go-to-market strategies and mutual referrals aimed at expanding their international footprint.
Under the structured engagement model, Nagarro will lead software integration, digital platforms, and intelligent solutions, while Addverb will focus on hardware deployment, automation systems, and lifecycle support services.
Ganesh Sahai said, “Automation conversations often get stuck at isolated use cases. What this partnership will do is connect the dots between software, robotics, and operations. With Addverb, we can deliver systems that are designed to work end-to-end, and that translates directly into faster execution, better utilization, and more predictable outcomes.”
The collaboration reflects Nagarro’s strategic focus on integrated, AI-driven engineering solutions that bridge digital systems with physical operations, enabling organizations to scale more efficiently and reliably.
Founded in 2016, Addverb delivers intelligent automation solutions for warehouses and industrial operations, with manufacturing facilities and R&D centres across India and the United States. Nagarro, a global digital engineering company operating in 38 countries, employs around 18,000 professionals worldwide.
