New Delhi, August 03: As brands race to win consumer attention in an increasingly creator-led digital economy, VAHDAM® India is challenging one of corporate India‘s oldest hiring norms, the résumé.

The ₹500 crore+ global wellness brand today announced that it is hiring 10 Creative Strategists for its India, US and UK businesses, inviting applications from recent graduates, content creators, influencers, marketers, advertising professionals and brand managers alike. Rather than prioritising traditional qualifications or agency pedigrees, the company says it is looking for individuals who instinctively understand why consumers stop scrolling, engage with content and ultimately make a purchase.

To mark the initiative, every selected candidate will receive a fully paid four-day, three-night trip to Phuket as a joining bonus, along with competitive compensation and ESOPs.

The announcement reflects a broader shift in the way consumer brands are building marketing capabilities. As content increasingly shapes purchasing decisions, companies are moving beyond conventional advertising models and investing in in-house teams that blend creativity, data, consumer psychology and technology.

According to a 2025 Boston Consulting Group report, India is home to an estimated 2–2.5 million content creators, with the country’s creator economy projected to contribute more than US$1 trillion in economic value by 2030. As consumers increasingly discover products through short-form videos, creator recommendations and social platforms, brands are rethinking how marketing talent is identified and nurtured.

Speaking about the initiative, Bala Sarda, Founder & CEO, VAHDAM® India, said: “The way brands are built has fundamentally changed. Today, the biggest competitive advantage isn’t producing more content, it’s understanding why certain content captures attention while most of it gets ignored. We’re looking for people who can decode consumer behaviour, understand storytelling and think like creators. That talent can come from anywhere whether you’ve built an Instagram page from your bedroom, recently graduated from college, worked at an advertising agency or spent years building brands.”

The company is also actively encouraging independent creators and people managing their own Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or other social media communities to apply.

The selected Creative Strategists will work closely with VAHDAM® India‘s geo-led teams across India, the US and the UK to conceptualise and scale content that drives brand growth across global markets. The company is particularly looking for candidates with an understanding of short-form video, direct-response marketing, consumer psychology and the use of artificial intelligence as a creative and research tool.

The positions will be based out of VAHDAM® India‘s offices in Noida and Gurugram, with applicants able to indicate their preferred location.
